It occurs to me that Judaism -- and by extension, Islam and Christianity -- have misinterpreted their basic tenet: that there exists only one god. I'm looking at the First Commandment: "I am the Lord thy God and thou shalt have no other God before Me." It's those last two words. If we were supposed to be monotheistic, wouldn't He have just
