*Hugs you back* That's what's called the Super Happy Ending, and it kind of surprised me, too.

This is a wonderful follow-up to your other marvelous stories! Through all of the tension and angst, Jim revealing more of his life and true self, Leonard coming to grips with his feelings and what he really wants, you can feel their relationship growing. It's beautiful!

Thank you kindly! Christmas is about nothing if not awkward family situations (and occasional BJs in your childhood bedroom0, so I'm glad it delivered that for you ;)

Hiya, lind! Hope you had a lovely Christmas. After reading a lot of K/S stuff lately, I was was hankering for a good K/Mc for a change and this, of course, fit the bill. Anytime I click on a link to your writing I always know it's going to be fab :o)

I was glad to see you revisit this one and of course, I loved it. Is there going to be a little more? It doesn't quite feel done yet. Kirk and Bones don't seem to know where they fit yet. It may be pure tabloid-conditioned projection on my part but, frankly, I'm a little worried about them.

So good to "see" you again! Your faithfulness in showing up to read my stories year after year is very kind and very much appreciated.

I don't disagree a bit on the unfinished aspect--the ending is probably entirely too happy given their circumstances. Maybe a new year will bring a new idea....

Great read, I love the realism of it, the way the relationship deepens in fits and starts, a work in progress of fitting their lives together.

I'm so glad you found it realistic! With a movie star/regular guy romance that's kind of touch, but I'm happy you think it worked.
