There's something wrong with me. Whenever my supervisor form my internship sits me down to chat one-on-one, I start falling asleep on her! It's so embarrassing because I try all these techniques of furrowing my eyebrows to look like I'm concentrating really hard, or taking notes as she talks, or stare at her straight in the eye-- nothing works. oh man, grace. that's pretty bad. here are some helpful tips when in the situation:

1. think of a football game where you're the cheerleader.
2. wink at the person every couple of minutes so their reaction keeps you on your toes.
3. imagine the other person in their underwear.
4. petition to install a clap-on/clap-off disco ball in the room.
5. do a line of cocaine right before a meeting.
