Thanks to all the amazing people who left comments on my post yesterday. I'd kind of forgotten how, despite all the stupidness of the internet, there are so many great people who can lend a helping hand in times of trouble. It's almost as good as therapy, haha

Yeah... I'm hoping that when we meet up he will be willing to try and work at things even though it will be hard. I am going to lay down the law to him, though, let him know that he can't keep moping around like this if he really is serious about making things better.

Sorry to hear about your grandpa; you've certainly had a hell of a time lately, stress-wise.
It's good that your boy is being supportive, or at least trying. I know how hard it was to see how I was hurting the people who cared about me when my depression became severe.
I think that you can help him best by not letting him jerk you around. It can be hard to see what you're doing to people if they never tell you.

Yeah I told him his emotional ups and downs were really fucking with me. But I felt like shit about it this morning so I texted him that I was sorry because I knew he wasn't trying to Hurt me and I didn't want him to think I was trying to make him feel guilty. I think this is making me crazy because we are dealing with like the exact same shit and if we both miss each other then doesn't it make sense that we could help each other better together than by staying away? I told him I just want to laugh and be happy with him again... that's all I want :(
