Since being so thoroughly sucked into the Gundam Wing fandom I've been wary of being as involved in any other. LJ app and other stuff
I've been using my phone (android) and tablet for checking LJ lately. I hardly ever use my desktop or laptop anymore unless I need to. Anyway, this stupid app for LJ has been giving me error messages when I try to look at comments or post comments to entries on my friends pages. So that's one reason I've been kind of quiet lately. I must be half brain dead because I didn't see this coming. Everyone should make sure they have all their slash fics copied somewhere else.
nochick-fics.live journal.com/436718.html has a post about those who run LJ (Russians) cracking down on all journals that contain slash because "the homosexual content may be harmful to LJ readers."

electronics and pumpkin
The electronics in my life are conspiring against me. My phone won't receive any more picture messages or take any more pictures because the memory is full but I can't find the cord I need to download the pics. (Yes, I have an old, non-smart phone.) Hurricane Isaac update
This was not a powerful storm but a messy, drawn-out one. We faired pretty well. The worst damage was to two very large oak trees in our back yard. During the height of the storm the top half of both trees came crashing down onto our neighbor's second story garage apartment.
