Google will give you suggestions as you type in your search query, thus:

Haha! Google's prompting has some connections to the frequency of which terms are googled, so I wonder how many people have actually searched that term. Either way, very funny!

And what about being extremely terrified of dolls, spiders or clowns?

How do people with a fear of the Chinese get by? There are over a billion of them? At least people with a fear of Sri Lankans can still function in society.
