Ok, so I'm lj-challenged; I can't figure out how to post the pictures and so I finally got too frustrated and gave up. But I put them up in the Yahoo group instead.

I should hear back about my two petitions this week. Since our study abroad office doesn't advertise dates for petitions at all, but you have to petition for any program that hasn't been used/approved before, I was in something of a bind last week. Shittiest day I've had in a long time. I can't take another semester like this, and next semester is starting to look worse instead of better. I wanna quit school.

So, I finally got it. I've been talking about it for at least half a year now, and after birthday dinner at Buca di Beppo Nya, Linda, and Joanne took me as a surprise (although I did start to get suspicions) to the tattoo parlor and I got my eyebrow pierced. =) Pictures pending.

Last night was...fun. Lots of fun. I'm quite pleased with myself. Nya and I went dancing, as promised; I'd selected a couple of places and ran them past her, and to my surprise she picked the goth club over the candy kids rave. Ok.
