So, our second soccer game was a joke.  We ended up only having three subs and we were all ridiculously worn out.  The whole game was played in slow motion.  We lost 4 or 5 zip and we really didn't seem to care.  I mean, we obviously wanted to win, but we just couldn't put in the effort.  The game at noon today was much better.  It was raining hard ( Read more... )

I went to the Lilac Festival last night.  It was tons of fun.  I finally got my bloomin onion, which was to die for!  Weirdly enough, the walk to the car was the best part, smelling the lilacs, talking, laughing a lot.  I love the Lilac Festival.  It gives me such a sense of community.  We didn't have stuff like that back in Michigan.  Plus, lilacs ( Read more... )
