About the Health Care Industry:
Drama, Gossip, Catty Women, Bureaucracy, 'Dinosaurs', God-Like Complexes, Poop, Impatient Demanding People, and Disrespect.
I hate it!

Ooooo
Cool icon!

What are some of the reasons you got into the health care industry? Things you like/liked?

I don't remember anymore. That's a lie. I have an un-quelling appetite for the human anatomy, want to help people get better, and gain Christ-like attributes. Who better to learn from than the Master Physician Himself? But it seems that all the BULL that I have to put up with is getting in the way. That plus the realization that I don't help people get better, I just help them die slower, and maybe provide a little dignity for them here at 'the end'. I need a new job.

Everyday that passes takes us closer to our own death. I wouldn't mind a little help getting there a bit more slowly.
But if you do get a new job I bet you'll be glad to have the experience this job gave you.
Every job has good things and bad things about it.
The grass isn't greener, necessarily.

You want to live longer with less independence and a sucky quality of life? What if you couldn't talk or interact with people, like you just a vegetable that someone was feeding and changing daily? Would you still want to be alive? Does it serve some purpose? Thanks to the advancements in the medical field, people are living longer but living longer with disease. AKA lower mortality w/ higher morbidity. No thank you.

It's true that when I do get another job I will not think to myself, "This is the suckiest hardest job I have ever had to do!"
