Okay so it looks like I'm losing weight but not fat. I'm probably burning up my lean muscle cuz I'm just doing cardio and not weight training to maintain my mass. Time to change.

Weight: 245.4 lbs.
Body-Fat: 33.0%

So it looks as if I'm making some improvements! Yay me! I estimate I'll reach my goal of 200 lbs. April Fools Day. I'll keep posting so as you all can see my success (or failure). Wish me luck!
