So I'm trying to get in shape and drop some unwanted adipose tissue. I'm keeping a daily log of my weight and body fat percentage here on LiveJournal. The results as of this morning are:

Weight: 248.8 lbs.
Body-Fat: 32.0%

About the Health Care Industry:

A man is a fool not to put everything he has, at any given moment, into what he is creating. You're there now doing the thing on paper. You're not killing the goose, you're just producing an egg. So Kelley is very ill and has been since friday night. Poor thing. She's very hot and has chills and a sore throat. Her whole body aches. I missed Sacrament Meeting today but took Mckenna with me to teach my class, the 12 & 13 year-olds, and then on to priesthood & Elders Quorum. So I went on this snow campout with the young men in my ward. I had never been on a snow campout before and decided that it would be a fun new experience for me so I tried it. Recently there was a huge windstorm in Tacoma. Most of Tacoma lost power, and it was this same morning that we were heading up to Mount Rainer to Paradise to camp in 12 feet ( Read more... )
