Babies!
Wow! I haven't been on here in an incredibly long time. So... Update: Just had another baby girl. She was born last Monday, November 8, 2010 at 8:07pm weighing 6 pounds 12 1/2 ounces and was a whopping 19 3/4 inches long. ^_^ My other daughter is now almost 17 months old and is very excited about her new "babeh sittah"... It has been brought to my attention that it has been a while since I posted an update....
I've been a bit busy. I gave birth on June 18th at 7:35pm to a beautiful baby girl, whom we promptly named Margaret Elizabeth. She weighed 4 pounds 9 ounces and was 18 inches long. Since then, she's grown a lot and likes to show us how strong her lungs are. ^_^ We're headed to Texas tomorrow for a two-week visit and when she gets back, she'll have ( Read more... ) -
Pre-baby Preparations...
With a baby on the way in just a few months, we have been using our tax return money to try to get our house into shape. Sadly, the first big project, replacing the wax seal on the toilet ended badly last night. My husband knows little about house repairs, but he decided to do something outside of his comfort zone and looked up the directions ( Read more... ) -

This has been a rough week. My husband's disability has been cut to less than $200/month because of my unemployment going up $100/month from the new stimulus package that the President put into effect. (Nothing against him, but that sucks. Gain $100 and lose $400.) Also, today, our 3 week old kitten died in my hands. I knew something was wrong, but ( Read more... ) -

Been busy last several months. Got married and pregnant. Lost job. Life is good-ish, but I can't wait for the nausea to subside. -

As of Thursday, I now work the night shift at the nursing home. I am so tired. I will adjust, but this first couple weeks are going to be really hard. -

New jobs are exciting... and kind of scary...
When I moved to Missouri, I had trouble finding a job because there aren't many of those for the taking around here. When I finally did find a job, it was at Wal-Mart that's a 45 minute drive from where I live.... Not that I'm complaining. My requirements at that point were low.
