I've got extensive experience in dealing with panicked civilian populations, and have conducted a few investigations where I was stationed. I also happen to be a strong psychic, though I'd rather that fact didn't get out. If there's any way I can help, please let me know. I'll be happy to use whatever talents I have to the best of my ability, within basic sentient rights guidelines.

I know my tentative "boss" volunteered us already, but I doubt he gave full credit to my talents and knowledge, so I'm here to give you the run-down myself.
Let me say first that I am ex-IRA, but I bear the British police force no ill will, so we can get along fine as long as you're not a bastard. I am good with weapons of all sorts, especially firearms, and am more than passable at hand-to-hand combat. If necessary, I can whip up a batch of weapons-grade C4 in the kitchen in an hour, and I can defuse pretty much anything that can be defused.
Also, I can hear people's thoughts and can set things on fire with my mind. :)

Though if it's any consolation, you lot probably won't be dealing with me directly so much. You've got a boss that knows you, and you know him, and I have every intention of letting him deal with you unless there's a bloody good reason for me to do otherwise.
The bomb skills might come in useful, if what these bastards are using can be defused. Otherwise, I'll talk to Bristow about having you pull guard or escort duty for those that need it.
...I never thought I'd be working with an IRA bird, ex- or otherwise, but then if the times got any stranger I'd be prancing about in a tutu and shoving daisies up my arse, so the help's appreciated. Different worlds, different politics. As long as both of us remember that, we'll work together just fine.
