So Kali and I are going to engage in an Iron Chef like competition this weekend. Three courses, one ingredient. And what's that ingredient? Potato. We'll see how that turns out, I'm looking forward to it. She actually thinks she can win, but we all know that's highly unlikely ( Read more... )

Every amateur Iron Chef competition is just a bunch of people playing around with food until they get an ice cream maker in the mix.

Two words: Sweet Potato.

There's an ice cream shop in New Orleans that features Sweet Potato Ice Cream. It's amazing.
