hey there (are you sick of the old drunk woman posting in your journal yet??),
you didn't talk too much about being financially responsible so as the most financially responsible person i know, it's my duty to give you my "things i wish someone had told me when i got out on my own" advice. number one: don't get a credit card. no matter what. if you want to establish credit (which is a good thing) then get a checking account card with a cash reserve, use a little every month but always pay it back. wait until you have a good solid job under your belt to get a credit card. credit card companies will be swarming the campus the day you check in so beat them off with a stick. and number two: don't buy anything if you think you can get some cute person to buy it for you, including: food, gas, laundry tokens, and breast implants.
I so enjoy the comments you leave. Adds alot of wise incite for someone of my age. I'v never been financially responsible. I run through my paychecks as soon as I get them. Saving money is just a foreign concept to me. I think as long as I get a handle on those two basic concepts I'll be on the right track. As far as credit cards go, I'm definately bringing the bat with me to keep those people away! There is no way I'm going to screw up my credit so early. Loved the second part: I'll definately work on finding me a well off cutie. HeH...Thanks alot.
Well...Hi right back atcha. You need to update your eljai. I need something to read. You also need to be online when I'm not out. Work on that K? *smiles*
