the warmth of the fuzzy haze of my moniter attracts me like a moth to the flame, and i find myself awake at 3 AM doing absolutly nothing and completely sober...back to sleeping pills tommorrow night.

fob was amazing...maybe ill write an entry about it later, i def wont write about the drama from tonight...either way, bed time for now.

I remember reading a while back that 30 minutes before you intend to sleep, you're not supposed to watch TV or be on the computer... I forget why, something to do with the light both of them emit and how your mind is still somewhat stimulated...
