I met him through other mutual crazy friends at a crazy-hot-tub-party shortly after my sister and I moved here...they just aren't quite as crazy...=o/

It happened about 2 weeks ago though....he just got out of the hospital yesterday.

i hope your friend has a speedy recovery. having a nurse like you around, i'm sure he'll be feeling better in no time.

The only instructional videos or television I'm going to let him watch, will be the knitting or quilting ones...
...and windsor pilates maybe? danny glover used it, so they must be safe.

That might be....like...having a party at his house, and having people DANCE right in front of him and say, "Hey WOOK! Wanna DANCE?? Oh wait....you CAN'T!!! HAHAHAHA!!"

you're right. that does sound a bit insensitive, and i apologize for not thinking, but i was thinking down the road, not right now.

AND...
windsor pilates focuses most on the abs, so one could skip all the other stuff and work on the abs. your friend could then have rock hard abs and still not feel left out.
