The prior owner doesn't own either of the phone numbers on file, nor does she live at the address listed on the microchip. According to the SPCA, we have done everything we can, including the lost ad Tom's boss put in the paper months ago ... Jizo is officially ours :) -

We might have to give our dog, Jizo, back. We got her as a stray on June 25. Her chip was checked at the time and there was no info on it. I took her into the vet today, as we were finally able to afford getting her a wellness checkup and a grooming ...... the vet did a chip-check and it had been reactivated.
