This is total weirdness. I was anxious all night, kept waking up, slept poorly. Now I feel, well, hyperactive. Which for me is distracting. Still probably anxious, I just can't tell now. Can't focus either, it's making work more difficult. Which sucks, because it's overall a good day at work and the boss's crazy level is pretty low.

Because she's crazy- the Mayor of Crazytown, in fact. And she makes me crazy.

Work is HELL today. I want to go home.

All the crazy cleaning at my house over the past couple weeks paid off- the interview with the social worker went well. Does anyone need some hose or tights? I used to work at L'eggs Hanes Bali (back when we had one) and got a hosiery allowance which I usually didn't use. Any more, I either wear tights or stockings, and am fatter than I was then. I found some packages today that I never opened ( Read more... )

Nuke-Con was much fun. Unfortunately, James got sick this morning (high fever, coughing, runny nose, sore throat), and I'm starting to get sick with apparently the same thing. Aside from being sick, James is happy because the writing work he did a couple years ago on a game has been published and he's listed as one of the authors.
