It's my birthday! YAY! I am 25... not yay! I am getting old! But hey... my car(... well SUV to be technical) insurance went down today. Oh yea... and Rob and I got a mortgage pre-approval for 180k. I just need to find a house that is near that price in Maryland. Good luck with that right... this place is outta control with housing prices.
