i'm really, really sorry courts. *hugs* i know how hard you have tried and how strictly you've kept at it.
my only suggestion is to perhaps see your doctor. maybe you need blood tests to determine if something is out of whack in your body -- thyroid, hormones, blood sugar, etc. any of these could affect weight loss.
please take care of yourself and be kind to yourself. you are so much more than your physical appearance. whether you're stick skinny or a girl with curves, it doesn't matter. you're a kind, cheerful, talented, thoughtful and considerate person. brad loves you and we love you, too! never forget that! xoxo
Check out my friend Amanda's website. She did her PHd on science behind weightloss and has a great book talking about what happens to us. I can't say i've implemented what she recommends as I've had an insane year but she makes sense and isn't selling some quick skinny scheme. I liked it because she talked about what your body actually does when you loose weight and how you need to eat your way out of a plateu which is often the problem with other weightloss programs.
Ciurtney, I can understand how you are feeling. While I see you as a very attractive woman, I know about your unhappiness. Six years ago I was 200lbs. I developed an auto-immune disease which made me allergic to most grains. By removing all things made from wheat, barley, oats and rye I lost 63 pounds in a short time. Have you tried removing refined carbohydrates from your diet? I'm sorry, I don't know anything about WW dites. I see pasta dishes in the gbrocery store by them. Pasta would be a refined carb.
Also ask your dr to check your insulin levels. Carbs trigger insulin production, inulin triggers fat storage.
I love you and think of you often. I think you are beautifull and I want you to be as happy as you can.
