Ok, so I have the funniest story. My mom goes outside today to water the flowers and noticed there was this spray nozzle on the hose that she didn't want, so she went and took it off. As I drove home tonight I saw the most beautiful moon in the clear night sky. It was way off to the East, really low in the sky, and twice the size it normally is with this gorgeous golden glow to it! Lighting up everything outside, it was like the sun of the night sky. It was breath taking :)

I had a really eventful weekend. I went up to school this past weekend for our Ad Club e-board retreat. I drove up on Friday because I had to pick up my apartment key before the office closed for the weekend. My car was dying on the way up there, though, so I had to go slow and pray that I made it safely the whole time I was driving. I ( Read more... )

The 4th was fun this year. Just BBQ'd w/ my family, and then afterwards my zia, zio, and cousins came over to watch the fireworks and have dessert with us. We always go down to the corner of 16mile and Schoenherr and watch the ones from Freedom Hill (either that or we sit on our roof and watch from there :P). Did you see the Italy vs. Germany World Cup semi-Finals?!!!
omg it was so frikin amazing!!! Italy almost scored twice! but both shots hit the flippin goal post!! and then Amazingly at the end of the 2nd overtime they score twice in 2 minutes!!!
