Don't know why, but i've hit a downward spiral, can't think of anything positive, everything is plagued with negativity. I just can't deal, it's not one of those "oh my god i'm gonna cut" or anything that stupid, just a drug-addled mess. I'm not even on adderall, i stopped that for a while. I'm just lonely, i feel like there's a battle in my head,

my anxiaty attacks are like that, not a thing in the world is good! luckily the only last a few minutes.
