I want to buy the Potter book tomorrow.

Are some stores likely to be cheaper than others, or should I just go to Borders?

I usually buy it at Target; at least in the past it's been about the cheapest place for that book, and they're open earliest. I know that Barnes & Noble is offering it for $20.99 (or $18.89 if you say you are a member, give them my home phone number with area code, and say that you are C-man). I'm anticipating that Target will offer it for about the same price and B&N's member price.

For book 6, at least, I noticed that Costco had the cheapest price at $17. I don't know what they'll be charging this time around, but I guess that's only useful to you if you're a member. I was at B&N this morning and their price is $20.99, $18.89 for members. I'm guessing Borders's price is pretty much the same.

Ahah!

Thanks for the insight. Borders wanted $24 and change! (They are across the street from the burrito place I visited for lunch.)

Barnes and Noble it will be!
