This is a time when we grow stronger.

I am watching a good number of my friends grow more confident and self aware lately.  As life and world gets rockier, they find strength and balance within.

Kind of exciting to watch.

(On a different note, I have been craving bleu cheese)

Recession and whatnot.

Forces folk to reevaluate.

Make tough calls. Not always easy calls. But, lets them know they can make those calls.

It has been a seriously nutty year. Aside from iconic public figures dropping like flies weekly, many of my friends have just been PLAGUED with bad news. It does show you what you're made of I reckon.
