Hey, sis. Yeah, I've got cash. I got a huge advance on a book! They want me to write this social commentary thing. Gentrification and that. I want to get some real local perspective, do it all properly.

Oh yeah, that. Well, Barley caught me off-guard. Jones, I mean, "Techno" wasn't around...as is usual, these days. I was pretty drunk and wanted to tell somebody about it. My mistake. He probably thinks he owns the book rights now.

Anyway, I hear somebody's incubating a 'project' of his, right now. Heh.
