We don't have proper pretzels (laugenbretzeln, the big fat soft ones with saltencrusting and butter) in the UK, or at least not anywhere I've found them). I'm a salt-junkie...

I do a lot of things sweet + sour (milk chocolate finger biscuits with Thousand Island dressing; white chocolate ones with salsa...), and I like salt. Lots of salt...
