okay, so let me set the scene. there's me at work in the pharmacy, being polite etc., getting an 81-yr-old lady's prescription. while she's waiting for me to bring it out, she spots a product on one of the shelves and proceeds to loudly comment " oooh that sounds good, i get a bit dry sometimes and it's always better when you're wet
