Times are ok. School is annoying me because it drains my time and energy and I don't get to do all that much just for me. On the other hand, it's not all that bad, really. And I've been spending oodles of time with the dude, but mostly working, not having wacky adventures

School has been super taxing on me too. I've guilted myself into not taking up social invitations lately because of time constraints (and often I won't get much done nonetheless). I haven't hit the crying point yet though :D

I remember your saying that you weren't spending a lot of time at the library lately. It'd be cool if you came more often though - I've enjoyed our conversations thus far. Speaking of, I'd like to hear what you've found in the Bach piece. We got an awesome article in the timbre seminar that talked about perception in contrapuntal textures. I think you'd dig it.

Also, I hope you enjoyed the metal DVD :) I'm curious to hear what parts stood out to you.
