Day 10: Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X

I definitely need heavier weights. All I have are 5lb weights and they do absolutely nothing for my biceps.

Ab Ripper X is the worst. Cannot wait for it to get easier.

Up next: Yoga. Let's see how flexible I'm NOT!

Day 9: Cardio X

So far, this is my favorite workout. I love the Kenpo part of it, even though I definitely fall over during the kicks. The yoga was easier than last time and I'm getting more flexible.

All in all, glad I did it.

I just went to scratch between my shoulder blades and physically couldn't bend my arm that way because I'm so sore. I also literally fell over last night when I tried to get up off of Dirk's lap. Granted, that could have just been me being clumsy, but I think part of it was my legs giving out. Regardless, I am SUPER excited for this to get easier ( Read more... )
