Thoughts on life

TOday, I have witnessed one of my coworkers, one of the strongest women I know, break down at work and cry. It made me feel so incredibly guilty for whining to her with all of my petty and not-so-petty and depressing problems, when she clearly has enough on her own to deal with. I didn't know what to do. most of the time, just listening works... and if not that, then either a chocolate, gum or just a cup of tea to show you care do wonders... honestly :)

Well, since she's probably dealing with something personal, there isn't really anything you can say to make her feel better. But like Marisha said, these little gestures do go a long way in simply showing that you care - that's all she needs, really.
