I've got a brisket in the fridge that needs something to be done with it soon, but I have no idea what to do, other than low-and-slow in the oven.
However, I don't have BBQ sauce, and spices are limited, so I can't do an awesome something or other crusted brisket. Might have to mix up some dijon, garlic, and herbs and let it sit a bit.
