I've got a brisket in the fridge that needs something to be done with it soon, but I have no idea what to do, other than low-and-slow in the oven.
However, I don't have BBQ sauce, and spices are limited, so I can't do an awesome something or other crusted brisket. Might have to mix up some dijon, garlic, and herbs and let it sit a bit.

bit of ketchup, soy, honey garlic and some pepper..... marinate, then cook the thing at like 250 for 5 or 6 hours....... it will, I guarantee, fall apart.

Hmm. Only thing we don't have is the honey, but easy enough to pick up.
