I've got a brisket in the fridge that needs something to be done with it soon, but I have no idea what to do, other than low-and-slow in the oven.
However, I don't have BBQ sauce, and spices are limited, so I can't do an awesome something or other crusted brisket. Might have to mix up some dijon, garlic, and herbs and let it sit a bit.

I swear to whatever deity likes being sworn at that the next person that tells me the reason I'm not comfortable with the way my body looks is because society has made me feel ashamed is going to get a swatting about the sticking-out bits.
