i've just forgiven myself for the horrible little mermaid display i did a couple weeks ago, because now it's a really awesome Alice display. i don't know what the deal was with that mermaid one. it looked like crap. i would have fired me.
this one's hot, though. y'all should come see.

officially the first person to check out this book from our library.
it's quite beautiful- all of the little illustrations are from jim's sketches, and the words and wisdom from him and others are touching and enlightening in a non-hokey way (like so many of these kinds of books end up).
i don't know what else to say.
