He's out of town for the week. Is it bad that I don't really miss him? I think it's because for once during our relationship, I finally feel like I'm in control of my life again. Like I have a life separated from him.

I miss being single.

Hmm. Is that because he is controlling or demanding, or because you don't have any time for yourself? After being single for what seems like an eternity, I wonder if I'll have a similar problem when I finally get into another relationship. It's hard to stop being independent.

No. Not really. It's just I've been stressing myself out over our relationship and with him being away, I just feel like I can take a breather. But it gave me time to think about everything.
