Hard work paid off

Last night was a really emotional night for me.
I miss him, i really do, and the fact that things aren't going to go back to the way they were really hurts.
I will get passed this, I'm just stuck in that image of him--his passion for what he did, how much he cared about us....
I'm disappointed in what has happened. He was my idol and he let me -

Sometimes i just want to be normal.
a normal 17 year old high school kid with normal 17 yr old friends
a normal high schooler with a couple advanced classes and time to do the work
a normal high schooler who doesn't stress about not practicing an instrument that no one's heard of for 2 hours a day
