WTF? Just... WTF? "My husband won't let me." I can see, "We disagree about how much we should spend," or, "He thinks this seat is fine, while I think that seat is better." But, " Won't let me?" Just...

I'm always kinda shocked when someone on the "mommy boards" says, "My husband won't let me ____." Usually, it has something to do with childbirth (homebirth or even midwife attended hospital birth) or mothering (breastfeeding in public). I still didn't manage to get a picture of the Common Buckeye that was out there. I didn't take my camera when I first went out, and it had flow away when I went back the 2nd time. I took the following pictures on the sedum plants in my backyard this afternoon. I also saw, but didn't get pictures of a monarch, a common buckeye, several sulphurs, and a whole bunch of skippers.

Someone mentioned a tuna melt to me the other day, and since then, I've been thinking, "Gee, that sounds good." However, I'd really rather avoid exposing my unborn baby to mercury, so does anyone have a good substitute for a tuna melt?

I have not tried these. I ran across the recipe looking for something else. However, Alton Brown is my cooking hero, so IMO, you can't go wrong giving something he suggests a try!

I've been known to tell my kids to keep both hands on the car in a busy parking lot, but this is a lot more fun!
