my sleeping schedule is completely WHACK, it's 5:05am and I'm finally tired? WTF!

edit/ I guess listening to Norah Jones all night isn't tiring enough.

go to publix or cvs and cop unisom gel sleep tablets with 50 mg. they kick in after about an hour and they're non habit forming. I use them whenever I have trouble getting to sleep (which is often lol)
