i looooove that look when people i've been talking to for a while (more than acquaintance, less than a friend) find out that i'm actually catholic. like, CATHOLIC catholic. they look so confused. and the keepers? they stick around. the others? they duck and cover, somehow afraid of someone who believes ( Read more... )

i don't recall being deferred in the slightest

in fact, i even think we had a few religious discussions here and there and there was no fear involved.
