Hey Portland folks, I realize I posted here about quitting my job. My parents don't know and I'd like to keep it that way until I have a plan of what I'm going to do (I'm applying for some internships/volunteer stuff) so let's just keep this piece of information between us, yeah?

I already called your dad actually. I think the exact phrase I used was, "I don't know what Liz was thinking buying that brand new laptop after quitting her job..."

I'm surprised he hasn't called you already.

I generally assume anything I hear from you hasn't passed your parents ears. When ever they ask if I've heard anything, I remark that you will still breathing last I heard. :-D
