Lets go though what has happened to me in the last month.

I lost my job.
My friend died.
My car has been towed.
I woke up today, and I had two flat tires.

Someone please reassure me that life will indeed get better. It's kind of getting difficult to maintain hope...

It's funny, I don't often turn to writing anymore unless I'm feeling one emotional extreme or another. Two weeks ago I was laid off from my job, which is bad, but I'm working through. I haven't written on a regular basis in a long time, and I've actually felt a lot of inspiration as of late to go back to work on the book I started. So I made it, I moved to Mount Vernon, and have started work at my new job. For the first time in the history of life, I really, really wish it were Monday instead of Friday.
