Aw, poor little Russ, having to deal with such scary dreams when he's so little and vulnerable. His meeting with Bobby was great, and I love how Dean instinctively knows how to coax him, and how jealous Sam can get of that easiness, aw. But Sam can help Icarus in ways Dean can't, too. The last little scene was just so lovely. I know it's going to take time, but I'm sure that Icarus will soon be just as eager to cuddle as Alec and Ben. He certainly needs just as much, if not more, considering how raw he still is with all Manticore did to him.

Tiny boys should really never have to deal with scary things, which makes it all the more sad when they have to. :( Aha, I'm relieved that the meeting with Bobby reads passably because I was pulling my hair out writing that; for all that I love him, Bobby is so hard for me to pin down and even my best efforts don't really do him justice. *sadface*

I think everyone is going to be muy relieved (IS THAT THE CORRECT USAGE, SENIOR SAM?) when cuddles are achieved. They are wonderous, amazing things.

Your update made my day! I probably check once a day to see if you updated this story. I love where you take this story and characters. You do a great job with the characters and making them seem real and grounding them. It was wonderful to see Sam being able to help Icarus, even if it was just a little. Hope to read more soon.
