 I've been such a terrible journal buddy. I've been trying to read along, but with SIL in town, I'm finding it difficult to even do that. She's heading out of town for a side trip for a day, so hopefully I'll be able to catch up a little bit

Let me know if you are interested in Milk Banking - I can help you find contact information! As for your stash being contaminated, they'd probably ask you to start over, which really isn't too big a deal. Instead of giving M fresh milk when she goes to DC, just use some frozen and freeze the fresh. I had to do this when I donated the second time around because I wasn't very careful about my caffeine intake (they want you to limit it to 24 oz or less a day).

Thanks, Wendy! If things keep up like they have been I'll definitely get that info from you. Like I was telling Hedge above, I don't think they'd accept the milk I currently have because of the thrush. My asthma meds may also pose a problem.

Ugh, plugged ducts are the worst! I had one and didn't understand what was going on for about 8 hrs. Sat in bed almost crying until I figured out to try to pump through it. So glad yours resolved!

Huge congrats on the milk supply!!! That is awesome news about the frozen stash as well!

Glad Caroline loved the aquarium- I hear nothing but great reviews from people that visit.
