What a Christmas week we have had!! Amazing Christmases with both families, trip to Friday Harbor, and upon our return Mike gets a letter in the mail from UW saying he GOT IN!!! He starts on Jan 4th!!! So soon. He was originally turned down for winter quarter, then appealed the decision and they accepted him. We have a TON of stuff to get done now ( Read more... )

The bandwagon that is...Mike and I just joined our local West Seattle YMCA. I'm pretty excited. Our membership includes access to all 11 Seattle area locations which even includes Bellevue and Bothell in case we're up that way. Well I haven't updated in a while. I had a few crappy things/days in the last few weeks. Things seem to be getting better, but it's a stressful time lately. It is pretty much freakin amazing here. I have been to a few of the world's largest cities, and I have to say there is something special about this one. You always hear about rude New Yorkers, but everyone I've met has a great personality. People are loud, opinionated, but super funny. I love the environment here. I had a miscarriage. Both Mike and I are pretty sad. It sucks. The end.

Mike is working tonight and I'm bored. Photos of my new place are on Facebook. We haven't even really started to pack yet. I can't freaking imagine what a pain in the ass this is all going to be, although I'm sure Karissa can!

We got a new townhouse in west seattle. Well new to us anyway :) We haven't posted it on the social networks yet because I don't want Noah trying to skip out on his rent for August.
