This is Kelly, she's an absolute honey and I adore her already. (More so, if that's at all possible, when I was told she was badly abused in her former home)
Thanks for that. OUr home is pretty canine-proof, Kelly is the latest in a long line of large toothed beauties. We have no carpet downstairs, sitting room suite is leather, everything is washable and hairy proof. I could have knitted several afghans out of the amount of hair Maverick shed annually. I am going to put a baby gate at the top of the stairs to give the cats peace. We did this when we had Maverick, stopped him eating their food as well. Any other changes they suggest, we'll gladly make
I'm so sorry you've been messed about - and sorry for poor Kelly, who is having to wait longer than necessary for all that fussing and spoiling she will be getting.

Or I could track down this Aoife person and send the boys around?

Aoife could be a lovely person, the rottweiler at the reception desk (and I don't mean the adoreable dog) wouldn't even let me speak to her.
Thanks though, appreciate the offer :-)

Looking forward to the tales. Letting a new pet into your heart is always an interesting process.
