Okay, flist; I'm in a bad spot, and maybe one of you can help. My email provider is shutting down at the end of the year (yes, ~3 weeks) and I still haven't found a replacement. I refinanced the house yesterday.

Our credit union has a thing where you can modify an existing mortgage, changing term and interest rate without changing anything else, and without the astounding amounts of fuss and paperwork that go into a whole new mortgage. That's really not bad, considering that I didn't write for about three weeks! Judging by the improvement in how the words have been coming, I needed the break. I'm still not producing at the rate I'd like, but I'm liking a lot more of what I produce.
