It's been ages since I even thought of updating this thing! Very strange. For something that used to be such a huge part of my life going to basically not looking at it ever, very strange

We joined Slimming World just over a year ago now - it's great because the plan we follow basically lets you eat pretty much anything. There are some things you have to cut down on (essentially bread and dairy and obviously treaty 'bad for you' sort of things you can still have as you have a 'syn' allowance each day so you can still have a nice treat occassionally :D) but everything else you can have unlimited amounts of, lots of rice, pasta, lean meat, masses of fruit and veg. In fact the more you eat of those sorts of things the more weight you lose! It's great. Can't be doing with Weight Watchers and the having to count your points for the day and all that and it entirely shows up all these ridiculous faddy diets up for the shams that they are. That's why it's a non-diet diet as it's not about eating less and thinking you will lose more, it's about eating masses, and losing loads - it's just eating the right things.
