If I can add something - I agree with a poster above that the support help when you get to them, is very very slow, and not very helpful. I stopped using them at all, and went to friends to ask what they did for a problem. Can't recall now what it was, but the fact that support wasn't so hot remains in my mind.

The number one thing I'd very much like is a link to w3schools for HTML help above and beyond what Support can Support.

I was only able to answer a few of the poll questions because I haven't searched the FAQ recently. My general impression of the FAQ is that sometimes they're helpful but more often than not going to the FAQ is a lot of effort for little help.

I think my main complaint would be that the search feature needs to be overhauled or at least seriously expanded. There need to be more search-able keywords attached to every FAQ that relate better to the general concept of each FAQ not just the proper LJ terminology for it.

If I want to find something in the LJ FAQ, I Google it. Something like "LJ faq blahblah help". Google finds it way better than I ever could...
