A follow up to MySpace and LJ

So in the previous post by sfgabe he gave you a feed burner method to having your LJ posts show up on your MySpace profile. I responded with a quick flash movie I'd made to do just that. It was a little buggy but I finally got around to messing with it again so here goes.

One issue, though, is that images in your posts seem to flash on and off for some reason. Feed my username into it and you'll see exactly what I mean...

Hmm. I'll take a look at that tonight. I don't remember an image problems but it could depend on the type of image I suppose.

I think I found the problem. Let me know if it's still doing it. I don't see it anymore. It seems to have something to do with the flikr images.

Worth asking lj people nicely to host a wildcarded crossdomain.xml?

They are a public producer of rss files after all and I suspect they will never want to host any .swf files which I think solves all the domain related security problems.

I'm guessing that would remove the need for any external php, yup?
