How can I buy a premium theme for my journal? What is the Themes shop?

In the LiveJournal shop there is a "LJ Shop Themes" page, where you can buy a premium theme for your journal or community. Every LJ user regardless of his or her account type can buy any theme available. Unless there's a way to gift the theme to a journal one doesn't control, I'd remove the 'by default' part.
By the way, the words, 'work as user,' on the purchase page seem out of place.

This doesn't seem to be true at this time, everything is priced at 2,100 tokens for me.
Assuming you keep it, I suggest you drop 'naturally' here because it feels condescending.

Title: This should probably refer to premium themes rather than custom, as there are still customization options available outside the shop. Also, Themes shop should use definite article, so: "How can I buy a premium theme for my journal? What is the Themes shop ( ... )
